All five Dickie Trophy ties ended in home wins with Auchnagatt Barons, Burghmuir, Don Athletic, Scotstown Rovers and Westhill all progressing to the second round. Fintray Thistle and St Laurence booked their places in the quarter-finals of the Chattan Rovers Cup and Rothie Rovers moved joint top of Division Two (East) by defeating Highland Hotel.

Woodside stayed top of the Premier Division following their 3-0 win against Tarves and Kincorth remained within a point of the lead with victory over Westdyke. Rattrays XI’s 4-1 defeat at home to Insch allowed Mearns United and Great Western United to close the gap at the top of Division One (North) while Cove Thistle maintained their 100% record in Division One (East) with a 2-1 win at Hilton.

The heavy rain took its toll on this evening’s fixture list with just five games surviving. Continental, Scotstown Rovers and Torry Utd were all winners in Division Two (North). Johnshaven Athletic defeated Feughside 5-0 to move into second spot in Division Two (East). Auchnagatt did likewise in Division Three with a 3-2 win at home to Northern United.

Newburgh won at Dyce in the first round of the AFC Trophy while Alford edged out Mugiemoss Youth on penalties. Kaimhill United and Bankhead both progressed in the Dickie Trophy. There were wins for Ellon Amateurs, Glendale and Stoneywood Amateurs in the White Cup and a single goal against Northern Hotspurs was enough to take Cammachmore through to the quarter-finals of the Chattan Rovers Cup.

Woodside stay top of the Premier after a 4-2 win at Kintore while Sportsmans Club and Tarves maintained their 100% records. Rattrays XI made it four wins from four games with victory at West End as closest rivals Mearns United lost to Great Western United. Stoneywood Amateurs drew at Luthermuir and now have a one point lead over Cove Thistle and Blackburn, who won at Halliburton.

Don Athletic made it four wins out of four in Division Two (North) with a comfortable 7-0 victory at Theologians. In Division Two (East) Burghmuir had a 3-1 win which puts them on top of the table alongside Rothie Rovers who also won. Cammachmore defeated Northen United 5-2 in Division Three while Auchnagatt Barons were 2-1 winners at Parkway Thistle.

Sportsmans Club, Kincorth, Westdyke and Woodside were all winners in the Premier Division. Rattrays XI and Mearns United both enjoyed comfortable wins in Division One (North). Division One (East) leaders Cove Thistle and Stoneywood Amateurs both won. In Division Two (North) there were wins for Don Athletic and Grammar FPs while Johnshaven were held to a draw in Two (East).

Only nine games beat the heavy rain this evening. Woodside went to the top of the Premier table with a 5-2 win against Beacon Rangers while Echt and Tarves also won. In Division One (East) Mearns United and Rattrays XI both won and have two wins out of two. Cove Thistle and Newtonhill served up a fourteen goal thriller with Cove coming out on top and top the table alongside Stoneywood Ams who also won.

Johnshaven Athletic continued their good start to the season by picking up three points at Wairds Park against McTeagle to put them top of the table in Division Two (East). Northern United recorded their second successive away win and they lead the way in Division Three alongside JS XI who won 4-3 at Torphins.

Dyce ITC Hydraulics kicked off their league campaign with a 3-0 win at Echt and there were also top flight victories for Beacon Rangers, Bon-Accord City, Kincorth and Sportsmans Club. Don Athletic edged out Continental by the odd goal in nine in Division Two (North) and JS XI sit top of Division Three after their 5-1 opening day win over Fintray Thistle at Hazlehead.
